Program Overview

​

This service provides online piano instruction through live group Zoom classes, structured curriculum materials, and optional feedback and performance opportunities depending on enrollment level.

Bookings and Enrollment
 

Intro classes are one-time sessions booked through this website or promotional offers (such as Groupon).  Ongoing participation requires monthly enrollment in the Piano Performance Program.  Class spots are limited and scheduled in advance.

Payments
 

All program fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.  Groupon vouchers apply only to eligible introductory sessions.  Enrollment fees are non-transferable.
 

​

Cancellations and Rescheduling
 

Intro class bookings are final and may not be rescheduled once confirmed.  Ongoing program enrollment may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Missed classes are not refunded or rescheduled.  Students may use the recording provided for a missed session.

Program Changes

 

We reserve the right to adjust class schedules, curriculum structure, instructors, or program content as needed to improve the learning experience.

Student Conduct

 

Students are expected to behave respectfully during live sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

Intellectual Property

 

All materials provided—including worksheets, lesson content, and curriculum—are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

Limitation of Liability

 

We are not responsible for technical issues, internet interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect class participation.
